Job Description:

Clearwater Analytics is looking for a Client Servicing Associate to join their Noida office. This role is ideal for professionals who want to work at the intersection of finance, investment accounting, and client relationship management.

As a Client Servicing Associate, you will act as a key link between Clearwater’s global clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, resolving investment-related queries, and delivering accurate financial and accounting insights. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, help reconcile financial data, and provide top-notch support that strengthens client trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries related to investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets
  • Deliver accurate financial statements and analytics reports in a timely manner
  • Perform operational tasks such as account setup, compliance checks, reconciliation validations, and client onboarding
  • Collaborate directly with clients to build strong relationships and ensure client success
  • Validate investment data using internal tools and third-party market data sources
  • Navigate documentation and knowledge bases to proactively solve client issues
  • Prioritize workflow to manage productivity and quality metrics
  • Contribute to long-term team and client-related projects across departments
  • Mentor and support junior team members when required

Key Technical Skills:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience (finance/accounting preferred)
  • Understanding of accounting concepts like amortization, interest income, and investment principles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
